Apartment Tower Proposed At 1000 La Brea, West Hollywood, Los Angeles
A new residential project has been proposed for development at 1000 La Brea in West Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a 34-story building offering residential spaces, commercial space, parking, and onsite amenities. The project site houses the Cemex plant, which will be demolished if the residential project received approvals. Mid-Wilshire-based CIM Group is the project developer. Large Architecture is responsible for the designs.
