The project will bring a five-story structure featuring 21 apartments to a site just east of Centinela Avenue. The applicant and developer for the project is David Cohen of Elad Investment LLC. Architectural plans were prepared by Commun Associate.
Scholar’s Grove Housing Approved at Huntington Library Campus in San Marino
Scholar’s Grove, a new residential development at 1151 Oxford Road in San Marino, has received city approval. Located within the 207-acre Huntington Library campus, the project will rise on a 79-acre portion of the site. Designed by VTBS Architects, the project will consist of seven two-story buildings containing a total of 33 residences.
