Rendering have been revealed for a new mixed-use project proposed at 4421-4437 Crenshaw Boulevard in Hyde Park, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of an eight-story building with retail and residential spaces. Residents are expected to start moving in in early 2022, according to a website dedicated to the site by developer Related Companies.

The project proposal includes the redevelopment of downtown’s most outdated carwash with a high-rise building.
