New Townhomes have been proposed for the Northeast corner of Pleasant Valley and Lewis Roads, in Camarillo. Williams Homes, of Santa Clarita, is listed as the developer for the project. Several extensions have been filed delaying the project, although plans were approved in 2016.

Beverly Hills-based real investment firm Markwood is the project developer. The developer bought the property for $3 million. AERO Collective and AO have partnered to work on the design concepts.

The project proposal includes the development of a seven-story multifamily residential complex neat the intersection of Fountain Avenue and Vermont Avenue. Skya Ventures is the project developer. KFA Architecture is responsible for the design concepts.
A new mixed-use project is available on the market at 901 North Vine Street in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The recently finished project is a mixed-use building featuring residential and retail spaces. The project replaced a car wash on the site. Plus Architects is responsible for the design concepts. Vine Equity Capital, LLC is the project developer.
Construction continues at Somis and Upland Roads, in Camarillo. The development, by Shea Homes, will bring a mix of 281 single-family, cluster, and townhome units to the hilly tract, with views of the surrounding area. So far at least 85 units have been built.
