Construction is nearly complete for a new mixed-use development at 2455 South Overland Avenue in the Rancho Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. The site is located at the southeast corner of Overland Avenue and Ayres Avenue, directly south of Pico Boulevard and the former Westside Pavilion. The project, named Overland & Ayres, is being developed by GPI Companies. The design is led by MVE + Partners, with interiors by Cecconi Simone.
