A new mixed-use project has finished construction and is now ready at 201 North La Brea Avenue in Inglewood, Los Angeles. The project proposal included the development of a new six-story building offering spaces for residential and retail uses.
Wood Partners is the project developer. Urban Architecture Lab is responsible for the designs.
The project site is a corner and can be seen completed with construction. Named The Demilo, the scope of work included the construction of a new six-story building offering 144 apartments over retail in downtown Inglewood. The apartments are designed as a mix of 144 studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. Retail space is developed on the ground floor. Amenity decks are located at the podium and roof levels.
Rents for The Demilo are reported to start at $2,550 for a studio and go up to $3,912 per month for a two-bedroom apartment. Renderings reveal a podium-type building, with a facade clad in stucco and corrugated metal panels. For more information on The Demilo, please visit the website here.
Residents will be located within walking distance of the K Line’s Downtown Inglewood Station.
