A new residential project has been proposed for development at 9236 Burnet Avenue in North Hills. The project proposal includes the development of four new duplex residences. Once approved, the project will replace a single-family residence on the site.
Vibehen Property, LLC is listed as the project applicant. Architect Feng Xiao is responsible for the designs.
The scope of work includes the demolition of a single-family home to make way for a series of duplexes. All four duplex buildings will offer a total of eight residential units. Parking for 16 vehicles will be provided on the site.
Renderings reveal designs featuring two-story Spanish style buildings. Construction of the Burnet Avenue development would require approval of a zone change.
A project application has been submitted to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.
