A new affordable housing project has reached completion at its project site located at 8767 Parthenia Place in North Hills, Los Angeles. The project proposal included the development of a new affordable housing complex offering 73 apartments.
Hollywood Community Housing Corp is the project developer. Brooks + Scarpa is responsible for the designs.
Named Luna Vista, the affordable housing development will feature 73 apartments within a four-story building. The units will be designed as mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans. Additionally, an underground parking garage will also be developed within the complex.
The apartments include permanent supportive housing catering to renters earning up to 30 percent of the area’s median income level, as well as general low-income households earning between 40 and 50 percent of the area’s median income level.
The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet. Stay tuned to layimby.com for more such updates.
