A new residential project has been approved for development at 12826 Philadelphia Street in Whittier. The project proposal includes the development of a new residential community offering 24 townhomes. The project will replace a vacant office building on the site.
MW Investment Group is the project developer. KTGY is responsible for the designs.

The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 0.82 acres. The project received approvals in early February, and construction will soon began for a new residential community offering 24 single-family residences. Named the Comstock Place development, all residences will be developed as three-story townhomes. All townhomes will be designed as two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom floor plans.

59 parking spaces will be provided within the community. All townhomes will be arranged around common driveways and walkways.
Other members of the project team include engineering firm C&V, landscape architecture firm Studio Pad, and Tom Dodson & Associates.
