Construction is progressing on a new Fairfield by Marriott hotel at 3640 West Century Boulevard in Inglewood, Los Angeles. The project proposal included bringing 150 guest rooms to a rapidly developing corridor just east of SoFi Stadium and Intuit Dome.

The five-story hotel is being developed by Bhagat Investments – Century, LLC, with designs by AXIS/GFA Architecture. The hotel’s interior design is led by Level 3 Design Group.

Located within walking distance of the city’s major sports and entertainment venues, the hotel is designed to serve both event-goers and business travelers. Plans call for ground-floor amenities including a bar and lounge, and a guest-only amenity deck on the sixth floor offering panoramic views to the north—overlooking SoFi Stadium, the Santa Monica Mountains, and the Hollywood Hills.

The development is also targeting LEED Gold certification, and is officially registered with the U.S. Green Building Council under the LEED v4 BD+C: New Construction system. The project incorporates sustainable materials, energy-efficient systems, and low-impact design practices.

Once complete, the hotel will offer modern accommodations in a location quickly emerging as a hub for large-scale events, tourism, and transit activity. Construction is expected to span two years from groundbreaking.

Very nice. Looks nothing like a typical Fairfield Inn and you say it has a bar?
