Construction is progressing on a new Fairfield by Marriott hotel at 3640 West Century Boulevard in Inglewood, Los Angeles. The project proposal included bringing 150 guest rooms to a rapidly developing corridor just east of SoFi Stadium and Intuit Dome. The five-story hotel is being developed by Bhagat Investments – Century, LLC, with designs by AXIS Architecture. The hotel’s interior design is led by Level 3 Design Group.

The project at 10200 Inglewood Boulevard replaces a previously underutilized parcel with a mid-rise apartment building, adding new housing in a transit-accessible corridor near Los Angeles International Airport.
A new residential project has been approved for development at 5201 Knowlton Avenue in Westchester. The project proposal incudes the development of a new residential project comprising of four-story and five-story buildings offering 174 apartments. Plans call for the demolition of several existing residential buildings on the site. Sacramento-based real estate management firm IRC and Associates is the project developer. Vanos Architects is responsible for the designs.
