New renderings have been published for a hotel proposed at 4200 Century Boulevard in Inglewood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a 13-story hotel building offering 175 rooms, 11 condominiums, event space, and a restaurant. The mid-rise elevation is slated to replace the Tradewinds Hotel.
Crescent Hotel Group is the project developer. CallisonRTKL is responsible for the designs.
An initial study published by the City of Inglewood unveils renderings for a proposed mid-rise hotel development on Century Boulevard. The new hotel will replace the existing 135-room Tradewinds Hotel. The new hotel will span an area of 335,000-square feet and include
- 11 condominiums on floors 9-12
- 118 extended stay hotel rooms on floors 7-12
- 175 hotel rooms on floors 3-6
- event space, a lobby, a bar, and restaurant space on floors 1-2
Plans also call for parking for 915 vehicles, located across a seven-level, partially subterranean garage.
The project will rise to a height of 150 feet. Renderings showcase a modern design, with a building wrapped by digital displays on its lower levels.
Once approved, the hotel is expected to reach completion in a 26-month period.
