Wood framing is starting to take the form of a five-story residential building. RMG Housing is the project developer. EDDG Inc is managing the design concepts and construction.
The long-proposed Armenian American Museum will be officially moving forward with its construction after a ceremonial groundbreaking on July 11, 2021. The proposed project is located in Downtown Glendale. Alajajian Marcoosi Architects is managing the design concepts and construction.
The massive development, entitled “Teal Club,” remains on the boards for the City of Oxnard. The proposal is by Borchard Property Co-Owners. Plans call for 990 new dwelling units and 60,000 square feet of commercial space.
A new apartment building will soon be available on the market at 330 North Patton Street in Glendale, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a seven-story apartment building on a vacant parcel. DE Architects is managing the design concepts and construction. Beverly Grove-based real estate investment firm, South Park Group, is listed as the property owner and builder.
A new project has been proposed in Oxnard, entitled Avalon Homes. Oxnard Dunes, LLC is the applicant. The site would develop part of the property bordered by Harbor Boulevard and West Fifth Street, north of the existing Oxnard Dunes Subdivision. The site is currently vacant and undeveloped land, made of disturbed sand surfaces, as well as native and invasive plants.
