11272 West Nebraska Avenue is nearly finished, in Sawtelle. It will bring denser housing and a couple of low-income housing units to the area, replacing a single-family dwelling. Darius Khakshouri is listed as the developer.
The city will soon have a new hotel added, and site preparation has begun for a hotel proposed at 11814-11824 Aviation Boulevard, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the demolition of an empty commercial building and the construction of a new hotel. Hawthorne-based firm William Ashley Inc is the project developer and purchased the land in 2016.
Exterior work is wrapping up at 2465 South Purdue Avenue, in West Los Angeles. The site previously housed a four-unit residential building. Panav Development Corp is listed as the developer for the project.
Construction has been finished for a new residential project at 724 North Croft Avenue, Beverly Grove. The project brings new townhomes and the sales price starts at $2 million. Los Angeles-based firm Etco Homes is the project developer. Kevin Tsai Architecture is managing the design concepts and construction.
Rebar is starting to rise for “Wetherly Hills Apartments,” at 143 South Wetherly Drive, in Beverly Hills. Heller Properties is the developing company. The project is replacing two single-family residences and a duplex, with much denser housing, including some low-income housing.
