The new residential development brings a condo complex with twenty-eight units. Named after the street address, 957 Figueroa consists of four-story buildings designed in wood-from construction. The residences sit atop a two-level podium structure. All the new houses offer two-bedroom floor plans, with the total built-up area ranging from 1,250 square feet to 1,450 square feet.

One unit is reserved for differently-abled persons earning up to 50 percent of the area’s median income. The apartments are available on the market and according to a listing website, the pricing starts at $700,000.
