Exterior construction is wrapping up at 411 South Hamel Road, in Beverly Grove. The project, by Etco Homes, will provide denser housing to the area. Purchasers will be able to choose from three design packages: heritage, downtown, and avant-garde, with styles including dark modern, a mix of light and dark hues, or a traditional-modern aesthetic.

When completed, the structure will be 45 feet tall, 259 feet long, and 100 feet wide. It will be four stories high, with 78,000 square feet of floor. Inside there will be 38 units. One-, two-, and three-bedroom residences will be available, with sizes ranging from approximately 1,198 square feet to 3,040 square feet. Some units will have a wet room as part of the master bath.

Amenities will include a furnished lobby, concierge desk with resident doorman, gym, and a “boutique-sized” resident lounge. A standout feature includes a furnished outdoor space with a pizza oven. The single level of the basement will have space for 33 compact, 3 disabled, and 48 standard parking spaces, as well as 58 long-term and 4 short-term bicycle parking spaces.

Kevin Tsai Architecture is behind the “masculine palette design.” It includes penthouse-level condos with private rooftop decks. $13.6 million was the permit valuation at the time of filing. Presale efforts have begun, with completion expected this summer.
