The site is currently a 386,500 square foot office building that was approved in the late 70’s as headquarters for Prudential Insurance Company. The current owner, Kennedy Wilson, proposes splitting the 43 acre property into two lots, a 34 acre lot with another at 9 acres.

The project proposal includes the development of a six-story apartment building on a vacant property lot. Los Angeles-based Safco Capital Group is the project developer. The Albert Group Architects is responsible for the design concepts.

The project proposal includes the development of a seven-story hotel building with a restaurant, rooftop deck and bar. Oxford Capital Group is the project developer. Steinberg Hart is responsible for the design concepts. Chicago-based Gettys Group provided interior design work.
77 North Conejo School Road has opened, in Thousand Oaks. The project, by Jemstreet Properties, brings 40 new units to the area, in a contemporary architectural design. All parking for the site is below grade. 62 parking spaces are provided.
Approval for an infill project has been granted for an apartment building proposed at 1814 South Federal Avenue in Sawtelle. The project proposal includes the development of an apartment complex with 11 units. The development site is currently a vacant lot, previously developed with a single-family lot.
