The project proposal includes the development of more than 120 apartments. The City Council approved $45M for the projects. Century Housing Corp is the project developer.
121 residential units are proposed for 23475 and 23485 Long Valley Road, in Woodland Hills. Bruce E. Pherson represents the project, on behalf of the Boething family, who own the property. The site is 32 acres and is currently developed with Boething Treeland Nursery, including a former single-family house, now used as office space, and the nursery’s administrative headquarters.

The project proposal includes the development of a four-story building offering spaces for office use. Skanska is the project developer. Neil M. Denari Architects and HLW are the architecture firms responsible for the design concepts.

The project proposal includes the development of an eight-story apartment building offering residential and onsite parking spaces. Holland Partner Group is behind the project. AC Martin is responsible for the design concepts.
A new mixed-use development is under construction at 520 Mateo Street in the Arts District, Downtown Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a 35-story high tower offering residential, office, parking, and retail spaces. San Francisco-based Carmel Partners is the project developer. Works Progress Architecture and Solomon Cordell Buenz are leading the design team.
