The developer is utilizing density bonus incentives to permit a larger structures than zoning rules would normally low. In exchange, three of the apartments will be set aside for rent as affordable housing at the very low-income level.
Renderings reveal a contemporary low-rise structure showcased in a brick façade.
The proposed project is in the plan check phase, pending review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet. Various mixed-use projects are located in the vicinity. The project site is located south of the Culver Boulevard bike trail.
