Work has been approved at 2714 East Vinyard Avenue. The project, entitled “Rio Urbana,” is part of the ongoing expansion near The Riverpark, a planned community in North Oxnard, next to the 101. Aldergate Investments is the developer behind the project. The firm is based out of Oxnard and responsible for several other developments in the county.
Vertical construction is wrapping up for a new housing complex at 720 West Washington Boulevard in University Park, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a residential building to bring dwelling units for low-income households. WPH Holdings LLC is developing the project. JAG Architects is managing the design concepts and construction.
Work is progressing on the Wagon Wheel master-planned community, also known as The Village, in Oxnard. When completed the site will bring 1,500 residential dwellings, 50,000 square feet of “Main Street” retail, parks, and open space, off of North Oxnard Boulevard, next to highway 101.
New townhomes will soon be designed at the site of a nursery located at 1335-1343 West 141st Street in Gardena. The project proposal includes the redevelopment of a nursery into a residential property. Orange County-based real estate firm Olson Homes is the project developer. KTGY Architecture is managing the design concepts and construction.
10270 Almayo Avenue has opened, in Century City. It contains new units, a couple of which are low-income housing, across from Rancho Park Golf Club. Malik Corporation, a developer with over 30 years of work in Southern California, is behind the project.
