Development permits were submitted seeking the approval of constructing a new three-unit condominium building at 1510 Franklin Street in Santa Monica. The project proposal includes a two-story Type V-B condominium building with garage space. Labyrinth Design Studio Inc. is managing the design concept and construction of the project.
The first levels of 2528 South Grand Avenue, in Historic South Central Los Angeles, are starting to take shape. Cityview is the developer, with WPIC Construction as a major contractor on the 2.01 acre lot. The seven-story, mixed-use building, is expected to open in early 2023.
Development permits have been submitted seeking the approval of constructing a new five-story mixed-use building at 1427-31 in Lincoln Boulevard, Santa Monica. The project proposes to merge two lots and construct a mixed-use building with retail space, 30 residential condominium units and one subterranean-level garage. Lincoln Santa Monica LLC is the property owner and William Adams Architects is managing the design concepts and construction of the project.
Levels are rising at 6200 West Sunset Boulevard, in Hollywood. The building is entitled, “Hanover Hollywood,” after Hanover Company, the developer. The company is headquartered in Texas, but has developments across the United States. The lot used to house a car wash and a few small commercial units.
Development permits were filed seeking the approval of a three-story apartment building over a garage at 627 North Dillon Street in Silver Lake, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes building a 30 feet high apartment building. 627 Dillon Associates and Galaxy Commercial Holdings sold the property to MDT Properties Inc. for $3.35 million. Now developers await permit sanction and plan review from the city’s planning commission to break ground.
