The project proposal includes the construction of an affordable housing building and the demolition of a duplex built in the 1920s. Los Angeles-based real estate development firm Eleos is the project developer.
846 South Mariposa Avenue is finishing up, in Koreatown. The project is a collaboration between FEI Enterprises and Fedida Properties. It will bring denser housing, as well as a few low-income housing units to the rapidly growing area.
