The project proposal includes the development of a mixed-use building offering housing and commercial spaces. Lakeside Car Wash at Riverside Drive and Hollywood Way will soon be demolished. New townhomes have been approved for 5489 Saviers Road, in Oxnard. JBGR Investments is the developer for the project. Four of the units will be low income housing. For incentives, there will be a reduction in the required front yard setback from 25 feet to 15 feet, and a reduction in the required interior yard space requirement of 30% to 16%.

The project proposal inlcudes the development of a new three-story office campus as a part of The Standard Works Campus. Smoky Hollow Industries and LIMO, LP have teamed up to develop the project.
