Renderings have been revealed for new offices planned at 1650 Euclid Street, Santa Monica. The project proposal includes the construction of a three-story redesigned office complex. The project would replace an automobile tow yard. Local real estate development firm Redcar Properties is the project developer. RAC Design Build and James Corner Field Operations are managing the design concepts and construction.

Purchasers will be able to choose from three design packages: heritage, downtown, and avant-garde, with styles including dark modern, a mix of light and dark hues, or a traditional-modern aesthetic.
