An office complex at 3443 Long Beach Boulevard is getting finishing touches. The project project includes the development of an office complex where Laserfiche Headquarters are expanding in Long Beach.
Urbana Development is the project developer. Studio One Eleven is responsible for the design concepts.
The project proposes to bring an office building spanning an area of 100,000 square feet. A parking garage with a capacity of 343 vehicles will be developed on the site.

Renderings reveal a mid-century modern design with elements such as large windows and terrace decks that provide natural lighting. The interior of the building includes large, contiguous floor plates.
Laserfiche, a privately owned software company, will occupy four buildings in Long Beach at the project’s completion. The company expects to double its workforce from 300 to 600 by the year 2025.

Construction has fallen slightly behind the project’s originally anticipated schedule. At the time of its groundbreaking, the building was on pace to open sometime in 2021. The office complex will be located east of the 405 Freeway in Long Beach.
