The project proposal includes the construction of a four-story structure featuring residential units and supportive services. Local non-profit, A Community of Friends, is the project developer. FSY Architects is managing the design concepts and construction. R.D. Olson Construction is the general contractor of the project.

Exclusive Development LLC is behind the project, which consists of two, nearly identical buildings placed next to each other.

Architects Sammie Tabrizi is responsible for the design concepts of the apartments. The project is developed by Schon Tepler Group.

Los Angeles City Planning Commission has finally approved the construction of what will soon rise as the fourth tallest building in Los Angeles at 1045 South Olive Street. The project proposal includes the construction of a 70-story structure feature hundreds of residential units, on-site parking, and retail space. The project will move forward after the existing commercial buildings on the project site are demolished. Miami-based developer, Crescent Heights is going to develop the project. ODA is managing the design concepts and construction.
