Harvest Limoneria is in various stages of development, in Santa Paula, at 1898 Harvest Loop. The planned community is located off of the 126. It will bring a wealth of largely single family homes to the area. Limoneira Lewis Community Builders, LLC is the developer for the project.

Plans for five different neighborhoods have been announced: Willow, Sage, Lavender, Vinelands, and Beechtree. Wildflower, by KB Home, is sold out. The design of the homes range from three to five bedrooms, and two and a half to four bathrooms.

The development aims to blend a residential environment with the natural surroundings of the area. The units boarder two separate parks, Mckevett Park, which has playing fields, and Haun Creek Park, which has a more relaxed atmosphere. Plans are also in the works for an unnamed sports park near the community clubhouse.
Other amenities will be available at the community center, entitled The Farmhouse. For exercise, there will be a fitness center, yoga room, pool, and spa. BBQ areas and a demonstration kitchen provide space for food preparation. Other amenities include a dog park, multipurpose room, community gardens, fireside lounge, tot lot, and a business center.
