A new mixed-use project is wrapping up construction work at Olympic Boulevard and Butler Avenue in Sawtelle, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a residential complex featuring 77 dwelling units, retail space, and onsite parking.
Hypericum Companies is the project developer. Architect Farhad Ashofteh is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
The project proposes to bring 77 apartments to a new six-story apartment complex. Space for retail and commercial uses spanning an area of 6,500 square feet will be developed on the ground floor. A parking garage with a capacity of 142 vehicles will be designed at the basement level on the site.
Renderings reveal a podium-type building clad in stucco and panels. The building showcases a series of terraced step-backs along its northern property line, providing a transition to the lower-scaled condominium complex located next door.
The project moved forward after four years of completion. The tentative market availability is not announced yet. The property site is located at the northeast corner of Olympic Boulevard and Butler Avenue.
