A new mixed-use project is wrapping up construction work at Olympic Boulevard and Butler Avenue in Sawtelle, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a residential complex featuring 77 dwelling units, retail space, and onsite parking. Hypericum Companies is the project developer. Architect Farhad Ashofteh is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
