The non-profit organization, Wellnest, has successfully established supportive housing at 410-432 East Florence Avenue in South Los Angeles. The project site can be seen with vertical development, which formerly housed an auto repair garage. The project proposal includes a five-story building with an amenity deck.
Architect Edwin Mohabir is managing the design concepts and construction. The project is sponsored by Measure HHH.

2850 West 7th Street is in predevelopment in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The project has undergone several reiterations over the last few years. A sign on the property currently states that it is in development by Brooks Street, according to their website, they are behind the entitlements, planning, design, product specifications, marketing, and eventual construction.

Residential Building At 1407 Glenoaks Boulevard, Burbank Nears Completion

A new residential complex is all set to be available for Burbank residents by Summer 2021. A multi-family residence is coming up at 1407 Glenoaks Boulevard, Burbank, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a three-story building with a subterranean parking space. The under-construction project is a downsized version of a previously submitted conceptual plan. Arpa Design Build is managing the design concepts and construction. Construction has started at 4314 and 4347 West Adams Boulevard in Mid City, Los Angeles. Entitled “Adams Terrace,” nonprofit Abode Communities are developing the previously empty lots on two separate but close, city-owned plots. The project aims to fill a community need for low-income housing, and very low-income housing, for seniors and formerly homeless and at-risk homeless seniors.

Renderings Reveal Residential Development At 2225 Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles

Los Angeles City Planning Commission sanctioned a new residential development at 2225 Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a seven-story multi-family residential building with on-site parking and the demolition of the existing buildings.
Cypress Equities Investments (CEI) is the project developer. Ottinger Architects is managing the design concept and construction.

Construction Nearing Completion For 4864 Melrose Avenue, East Hollywood

755 South Figueroa Begins Rising in Downtown Los Angeles

The concrete superstructure is starting to rise for 755 South Figueroa Street in Downtown Los Angeles. The 64-story tower is the third and final structure to rise as part of a decades-old development. Construction on the first tower started in the 1980s. Brookfield Properties is responsible for the development.
