Residents will soon welcome a new residential project at 810 Pine Avenue in North Pine, Long Beach. Plans for bringing a new assisted living community have been announced recently. The project proposal includes the construction of residential units with outdoor spaces and on-site amenities.
Global Premier Development, Inc is the project developer. KTGY Architects is managing the design concepts and construction.
The vibrant assisted living is proposed to offer 78 private rooms with multiple outdoor spaces in a ten-story building. The unit sizes will range from approximately 300- 600 square feet. A rooftop garden spanning an area of 9,000 square feet, a large-scale front porch covering 600 square feet, a communal backyard are a few amenities offered on the site. A parking space with a capacity of 70 vehicles is also planned.
With state-of-the-art living designs, the project developers aim to offer a healthy and engaging environment for its residents. The architecture style of the building is expressed in a metal-clad facade and perforated panels. The contemporary structure uses glass windows for natural light and ventilation.
The estimated date of project completion has not been announced yet.
The project site is situated in the center of a resident and walk-friendly neighborhood, near a Metro Blue Line stop. Regency Palms, a KTGY mixed-use development is located nearby.
