The project proposal includes the development of a new apartment building offering residential and retail spaces. Prominent Development is the project developer. Tyler + Kelly Architecture is responsible for the design concepts.
5627 Fernwood Avenue is at mid height, in Hollywood. It has been titled “Ardence and Bloom.” The project, by PATH Ventures, will bring 60 new units to the area, all of which will be low income housing. The triangular site is adjacent to the Hollywood Freeway.
An office complex at 3443 Long Beach Boulevard is getting finishing touches. The project project includes the development of an office complex where Laserfiche Headquarters are expanding in Long Beach. Urbana Development is the project developer. Studio One Eleven is responsible for the design concepts.
A cutting edge, 22 story office building is in the works for 6061 West Sunset Boulevard, in Hollywood. Titled “The Star,” it will replace a few smaller structures along Sunset Boulevard and Harold Way. Mayer Brown are representing the project.
A new large-scale residential building could soon be seen at 2601-2645 Lincoln Boulevard in Santa Monica. The project proposal includes the development of a large-scale residential complex, replacing a Gelson’s store on the site. Plans call for the demolition of the retail store on the site. SanMon, Inc, an affiliate of Balboa Retail Partners, is the project developer. Cypress Equity Investments is also a part of the project development team. Koning Eizenberg is responsible for the design concepts.
