The updated filing replaces a prior approval and retools the mix to deliver 87 apartments on the former Vista del Rey Church property.

The plan delivers eight homes across two buildings, each four floors tall with four dwellings per structure. Each structure is planned with private rooftop outdoor space. The project proposal included the development of a new four-story multifamily residential development offering 27 units. The new construction replaced three smaller apartment buildings on the site. Beach City Capital is the project developer. MUL-MAC is responsible for the designs.
