A new residential project is under construction almost reaching completion at 12767 Mitchell Avenue in Mar Vista, Los Angeles. The project proposal included the development of a new four-story multifamily residential development offering 27 units. The new construction replaced three smaller apartment buildings on the site.
Beach City Capital is the project developer. MUL-MAC is responsible for the designs.

The project broke ground in late 2022. The scope of work includes the development of a new four-story building offering 27 apartments. Additionally, the building will offer ground-floor parking.
The project site is located toward north of Washington Boulevard.
