A new residential project is under construction taking shape and form at 18080 Prairie Avenue in Torrance. The project proposal includes the development of 24 townhomes with garages, balconies, and patios.
Anastasi Development is the project developer.
The project site spans an area of one acre. Named North Pointe, the residential community will offer 24 townhomes. All residences will be designed as two-bedroom floor plans. All residences will span an area of 1,057 square feet and feature a two-car garage at street level. All units also include balconies and patios.
The townhomes will be arranged in two rows along a common driveway at the center of the property. Renderings reveal a facade designed in wood siding and stucco.
