Named The Village at Fairview, the project calls for the construction of a four-story structure featuring 60 apartments. The apartments will be designed as a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom floor plans. Additionally, a single level of basement parking with 60 stalls will also be developed within the building.
Out of the total, 15 apartments will serve as permanent supportive housing. Onsite amenities include a central courtyard and a community room.
The project site is located toward the east of Hollywood Burbank Airport. Project plans are being reviewed by the City of Burbank. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.
Pending approval of density bonus incentives to permit a larger structure than otherwise allowed by zoning rules, the estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet. The total cost of the project is approximately $45.6 million.
