Construction is nearing completion on Intro Burbank, a large mixed-use complex at 777 North Front Street approved by the Burbank City Council in 2019. The eight-acre site, located on the edge of Downtown and directly beside the Burbank Metrolink Station, will deliver 573 apartments, a 307-room hotel, and street-level commercial space.
According to the City’s planning records, the applicant is LaTerra Development, working with financing partner QuadReal Property Group. The project’s entitlement documents list Urban Architecture Lab as the design architect, with TCA Architects also named in production roles.

The residential portion includes two podium buildings of seven and eight stories, totaling more than 645,000 square feet. The hotel spans about 212,000 square feet in a separate seven-story structure. Parking is provided in subterranean and podium levels with approximately 1,168 spaces.
Environmental filings describe more than 27,000 square feet of landscaped residential courtyards, a 32,000-square-foot pool and amenity deck, and close to 28,000 square feet of publicly accessible open space. Required public realm improvements include protected bike lanes, widened sidewalks, new lighting and landscaping, and a vertical connection to the Magnolia Boulevard overpass, linking the property directly to the Metrolink station. These facilities will be privately maintained for 55 years under the project’s conditions of approval.

With construction close to completion, Intro Burbank represents one of the largest entitlement packages the city has granted in recent years, coupling new housing and hotel capacity with permanent infrastructure upgrades that tie the development directly into the city’s transit network.
