ABS Properties is listed as the project developer. Edwin Mohabir Architects is designing the project.

A series of small residential buildings completed in the 1920s and 1950s could be razed and redevelopment with a larger apartment complex. The proposed project would replace four existing residential units. Palm Townhomes LLC, an entity linked to Burbank-based Gerro Properties, is the property owner. BOLADarck is designing the project.
Pre-leasing has begun at 227 N First Street, in Burbank, according to signage posted on the building. The project, entitled “First Street Village,” is the beginning of the development of the site, which will contain three separate buildings that are rolling out in phases.
