New residential development consisting of small-lot houses can be seen in Hollywood, at 859 North Detroit Street in Los Angeles. The project features ten single-family dwellings situated a block west of La Brea. Los Angeles-based architecture firm, Modative, is responsible for the design concepts and construction. A business entity managed by Investor Jacob Cohan is the project applicant.
Framing is starting to rise at 200 Washington Boulevard, in Historic South-Central, Los Angeles. It will bring various levels of low-income housing to the area, as well as retail space. AMCAL is behind the development in partnership with Coalition for Responsible Community Development (CRCD), a local community-based nonprofit. They have entitled it “La Prensa Libre Apartments.”
Residents will soon welcome a new residential project at 810 Pine Avenue in North Pine, Long Beach. Plans for bringing a new assisted living community have been announced recently. The project proposal includes the construction of residential units with outdoor spaces and on-site amenities. Global Premier Development, Inc is the project developer. KTGY Architects is managing the design concepts and construction.
Plans to construct an office building at 1235 North Vine Street in Hollywood, Los Angeles, have been successfully moving forward. The project was announced last year and now the eight-story office building will break ground next year. The Cooper Family and Plus Development are developing the project. Hawkins-Brown Architects is managing the design concept and construction.
Ground has been broken at 215 North San Fernando Road in Lincoln Heights, Los Angeles. The project, by 4Site Real Estate, will bring denser housing to the area. When completed, residents will be able to enjoy a rooftop deck with views of the city.
