169 North Avenue 21 has topped out in Lincoln Heights. The project, by 4Site Development, will bring a distinctive design to the area, and provide additional housing, commercial space, and a new hotel. 12 existing structures were demolished to make way for the new building.

When completed, the site will house a 114,500 square-foot foot development that will be 85 feet high at its tallest points. On average, it will be 66 feet high. Inside, there will be 100 residential units, 100 hotel guest rooms, and 4,946 square feet of commercial/retail space.

Renderings depict a rooftop hot tub, pool, and lounging space, as well as a separate, ground-level shared patio. A gym and recreation rooms are also included in the plans. Overall, there will be 12,740 square feet of open space. 135 vehicular parking spaces will be provided on the first and second floors.

Tighe Architecture is behind the design. It features iconic arches at the ground level on the hotel side, and modern, large windowed apartments with metal accents. The aesthetic, “Goes from taking classical staples and reintroducing them to an area in need of a fresh new vision for an emerging neighborhood,” according to the description on Tighe Architecture’s website.
