Pinyon Group is the project developer. KFA Architecture is responsible for the designs.

Lincoln Park Holdings, LLC, affiliated with Brenner Capital, is the project applicant. Lahmon Architects is responsible for the designs.
Exterior finishing has started at 215 North San Fernando Road, in Lincoln Heights. The project is by 4Site Real Estate, also wrapping up work on a larger development across the street. Combined, the buildings will modernize and revitalize the area.

Los Angeles City council approved $50million for an affordable housing project proposed at 4600 and 4601 Washington Boulevard in Mid-City, Lincoln Heights. The project proposal includes the development of two projects with more than 150 residences. Meta Housing Corp is the project developer.
