Plans call for the demolition of a single-story commercial building and a parking lot on the site. Beacci Industries is the project developer. HansonLA is responsible for the design concepts.
Low income apartments have opened at 2161 East Etting Road, in Oxnard. Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation is behind the project. The homes are reserved for farmworkers and veterans, with services for both communities on site.

Nearly a year-and-a-half after breaking ground, a mixed-use project is nearing completion at 1860 North Western Avenue in Los Feliz. The project proposal includes the development of a five-story building offering retail and residential spaces. Los Angeles-based real estate investment firm Dynamic Development Co is the project developer. KTGY Architecture + Planning and Urban Architecture Lab are designing the project.
