The project proposal includes the redevelopment of a nursery into a residential property. Orange County-based real estate firm Olson Homes is the project developer. KTGY Architecture is managing the design concepts and construction.
10270 Almayo Avenue has opened, in Century City. It contains new units, a couple of which are low-income housing, across from Rancho Park Golf Club. Malik Corporation, a developer with over 30 years of work in Southern California, is behind the project.

900 Gayley Avenue is nearing full height, in Westwood Village. When completed, it will expand commercial space in the area. McShane Construction is the primary contractor on the project. It will open in the 4th quarter of 2021, according to signage posted on the property.
