A new apartment complex will be coming to Los Angeles at 1951 Westwood Boulevard in West Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a five-story apartment building offering multifamily housing. Plans call for the demolition of a two-story commercial building built in the 1950s.

Kamran Tavakoli is listed as the project applicant. California Development & Design Inc is responsible for the design concepts and construction.

The proposed development will bring multifamily housing to a new five-story edifice featuring 29 studios, one-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. A subsurface parking space with a capacity of 23 vehicles will be developed on the site. The project will utilize Transit Oriented Communities incentives, permitting increased density, height, and floor area. In exchange for the development bonuses, the developer will set aside three apartments as deed-restricted affordable housing at extremely low-income levels.
