The project proposal includes the development of a five-story apartment building featuring residential, commercial, and office space. Pine LLC is the project applicant. Lorcan O’Herlihy Architects (LOHA) is responsible for the design concepts and construction.

Work is over 70 percent complete on the Automated People Mover (APM) guideway at Los Angeles International Airport. Currently, the connection from the guideway over Century Boulevard is underway. The only additional sections to be connected are over Sepulveda Boulevard and between the Center and West Central Terminal Area.
