The project proposal includes the construction of an apartment complex on an empty parcel. Non-profit Neighborhood Housing Services is the project developer. John V. Mutlow Architects is responsible for the design concepts.
A new mixed-use project has been proposed at 5223 West Adams Boulevard, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a six-story building offering retail and residential spaces. Mid Wilshire-based firm CIM Group is the project developer. Architect Sam Ghanouni of SG Design Inc is designing the project.

The project proposal includes the development of an eight-story apartment building offering residences and retail space. Plans call for the demolition of a parking lot on the site. Local real estate firm TRJA LLC is the project developer. AC Martin is responsible for the design concepts.
Work is wrapping up at 918 East Thompson Boulevard, in Ventura. The project, by Daly Group, will bring new micro units and a little commercial space to the area. It has been titled, “Kai Thom.” The site is within walking distance of the beach, and the shopping and cultural attractions of the Downtown region.
Los Angeles City Council has approved the release of $56million in funding for the construction of two affordable housing and permanent supportive housing projects in Venice and Hollywood. Two new housing projects with nearly 150 apartments will be added to the city’s affordable housing.
