Area Housing Authority of the County of Ventura is the joint venture partner, with funding from several sources, including Ventura County Housing Trust Fund Acquisition Loan, County of Ventura CDBG Funds, State Funds, and a conventional permanent loan.

A total of 189 apartments are fully framed, with exterior finishes starting to take shape at the property site. BRIDGE Housing Corp is the project developer.
