A new office building project is under construction and will soon be seen at 1301 East El Segundo Boulevard in Smoky Hollow, El Segundo. The project proposal inlcudes the development of a new three-story office campus as a part of The Standard Works Campus. Smoky Hollow Industries and LIMO, LP have teamed up to develop the project. Balian Architects is responsible for the design concepts.
A few months ago, plans to set up a practice facility campus in El Segundo were announced for NFL’s Los Angeles Chargers. The project proposal includes the development of a new Chargers headquarters and practice facility for LA Chargers. The project has been granted &276 million in funds to begin construction. Continental Development Corporation and Mar Ventures Inc. are the project developers. New York-based CLT Capital LLC is providing funding for the loan. Gensler Sports is responsible for the design concepts.
