Entitlements have been secured for 1500 Hi Point, in Faircrest Heights. The project has yet to break ground, although it has been over five years in the making. It is a collaboration between Trion Properties and Ketter Construction.
Long Beach and its Mayor Robert Garcia celebrated the completion of a mixed-use supportive housing complex at 1900 Long Beach Boulevard in Midtown, Long Beach. The project brings affordable and supportive housing units near the Metro A Line’s PCH station. Linc Housing is the project developer. City Fabrick, D33 Design, and WHA Architects are responsible for the design concepts and construction.
Units are continuing to rise in the phased opening of Shore Line 50, at 5001 West Wooley Road, in Oxnard. The site is less than a mile from the beach. Williams Homes is behind the development. The site was previously referred to as Anacapa Townhomes in some documents.

The project proposal includes the development of a mixed-use building offering residential and commercial spaces. The property site currently serves as a used car dealership. Broman Properties is the project developer and owner. California Development & Design Inc is managing the design concepts and construction.
New townhomes are taking shape at 1543 and 1547 Hi Point Street, in Mid-City. The site was previously two lots, with a total of 17,006 square feet of space. Two, one-story, single-family dwellings, and several trees were at the location. WJK Development Company is behind the project, according to city records.
