955 South Fedora Street has been partly revealed, in Koreatown. The project will bring denser housing, as well as a few low-income housing units to the location. Imanoel Davodpou is listed as the project applicant.
The building will be 67 feet tall, 95 feet long, and 120 feet wide. It will have six stories, and 46,900 square feet of floor. The inside will contain 60 apartments. Five will be set aside for very low-income families, and one for a low-income family. There will be 20 one-bedroom units, 15 two-bedroom units, and 25 studio units.
Below grade, there will be one basement level for parking. The inside will contain 10 compact, 1 disabled, and 44 standard parking spaces. 60 long-term and 6 short-term bicycle parking spaces will also be on site. Several bus stops are a couple of blocks away, the closest being Normandie/Olympic.
West Pacifica Design is behind the architectural layout. Plans include nearly 6,400 square feet of space, with a rear yard, balconies, patio, and roof deck. The site was previously a couple of duplexes. $8.7 million was the permit valuation at the time of filing.
